I will be delivering a variation of the talk that was Keynote Presentation at the Business Council of New York State’s Renewable Energy Conference this past June.  See below.

It is time for the voting public to understand the ramifications of NY State’s Energy policy and the reality of the situation.  

It is even more critical in light of the failure of NY State Specifically, and the US in general,  to realize the Offshore Wind goals that are a keystone of NY State Energy Policy.  This is a global issue and it is also impacting Europe.

At worst, the wind farms will not be built.  At best, they will be extremely delayed and that is going to leave dirty fossil fuel plants running far longer than necessary.
